One user per license. You can use fonts purchased from abbyswain.com for both personal and commercial projects, on your website or app. Don’t share or sell the fonts, including on free font websites. If you’re using the font for a client, ask them to buy their own copy.

What can I use your fonts for?

Any personal and commercial design work, including logo or trademark design, e-publications, digital mediums, social media, video, and more.

Inquire with hello@abbyswain.com for an extended custom license if you intend on using the font for:

• Websites with more than 50k page views

• Film title treatments or credits

• National or international campaign design

• For use in a physical publishing, such as a magazine or book

• Or if your business makes over $2M in revenue

We need a license for more than 1 user, help!

Add one copy of each font product to your cart for each user or reach out to hello@abbyswain.com with your total user count and I’ll create a custom license and invoice for you.

What am I not allowed to do?

• Redistribute, sublicense, sell, or lease the Font to any third party, including on free font websites.

• Modify, alter, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the Font.

• Embed the Font in any software, hardware, or other products intended for sale or distribution without explicit written permission from the Licensor.

• Use the Font in any unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate manner.

Tell me about your fonts?

Each typeface in the Font Shop starts as a pencil sketch on grid paper. I draw all the letters and symbols, and photograph or scan the sketch into the computer. Using Adobe Illustrator, I set up guides and digitally redraw the design with my Wacom tablet or use the pen tool to trace my original sketch, as I did with the Keel font. Thanks to the Fontself plugin, I can create the final OpenType file (OTF), making it available for purchase and download.
